Non-smoking rooms and building, rent it for your holidays, or for a couple months (for people who are transferred in Montreal), or for students (best location in town, as our condos are located few minutes walk for all major colleges of Montreal: University of Montreal, Mc Gill, Bibliotheque de Montreal, etc.).

Our apartments are rented fully furnished, rent includes internet (WiFi), TV with Cable, phone line with local calls included free and even has a washing machine & dryer. Also our rent includes electricity and water consumption, all you need is there (supermarkets a few meters away, University of Montreal is just across the street, subway few feet from the building, garages to rent per hour, daily or even monthly all around, cinemas, downtown with shops, etc.

Our building is privately owned with double door entry and intercom with electric opening system for main door.


• If desired, we can also handle the leasing of your rental car for you with transfers to the Montreal airport included (contract this week, 2 weeks or per month as well, very good rates). Or for a payment of $90.00 we can pick you up at Dorval International Airport, which is 40 minutes drive from downtown Montreal, or $145.00 return (we will need your flight number, airline with date and time of arrival / departure). Our apartments include: • One (1) queen size bed or 2 (two) queen size beds (we accept a family of 2 adults and 2 children maximum or 4 adults) • Kitchen equipped with fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, storage cupboard with dishes and cooking utensils included, etc. • Bathroom with bath, toilet, washbasin with cabinet • Large dressing to store all your winter clothes and boots • Table and chairs, lounge / dining room, cabinets, laundry, etc. Lease by the day, by week or per month are possible, see our rental schedule below (rates are based on size of condos and equipments): Price per day: from $65.00 to $115.00 for 2 people sharing one studios (1 queen size bed or 2 queen size bed) + .$15.00 per adult per extra night, children 0 to 11 year old stay for Free) Price per week:.from $350.00 to $750.00 for 2 people sharing one studios (1 queen size bed or 2 queen size bed) + .$15.00 per adult per extra night, children 0 to 11 year old stay for Free) Price per month: from $850.00 to $1,050.00 for 2 people sharing one studios (1 queen size bed or 2 queen size bed) + .$15.00 per adult per extra night, children 0 to 11 year old stay for Free) With a lease of maximum three (3) months. Deposit of one week which will give back to tenants when moving out.
