DAY 1  Welcome to SAN PEDRO SULA AIRPORT, where your guide and transportation will be waiting for you. First night in San Pedro Sula. Visit of the town, the GUAMELITO MARKET which have the reputation to be the most active artisan market in Honduras.

DAY 2  Transfer to COPAN, 3 hours and 50 minutes drive. Arrival to COPAN VILLAGE RUINS, picturesque village which sheltered the GRAND MAYA CIVILIZATION and where you will be enjoying the rich artisans, and for amateurs the COPAN CIGARS which are world renown like the «Flor of Copan». Visit of the ecological GUACAMAYA PARK and its natural tropical birds reserve. You will also see how coffee is processed,  drying as well the torrefaction of Café MIRAMUNDO which is produce in this Mountain region.(B)

DAY 3   Visit of the archeological site of Copan which shelter the TEMPLE OF THE SUN, one of the best humanitarian classified site by UNESCO. Copan was one of the most important site and was the artistic pole of the Maya civilization. Some says, it is the most beautiful Maya site in the world. In the afternoon, we will see the Maya sepultures which shelter the ruins of the ancient Maya civilizations. This site is very interesting as it will help you to understand how the Mayas used to live.(B)

DAY 4   Transfer to the Caribbean coast at the Tela Bay. The route is breathtaking, crossing primary forest (Copan is located in  altitude) directing ourselves toward the green coast of the Caribbean, coconuts, palm trees, banana plantations, etc. Visit of the GARIFUNAS Village (TRIUNFO DE LA CRUZ). The Garifunas arrived in 1797 and have their own culture which constitute the richest and most populate culture of the country, mixed with their own dialect, gastronomy, Voodoo rites issues and their music (La punta & Yancunu). You will be enjoying the beaches and the afro-Caribbean ambiance surrounded by this wonderful Garifunas community.(B)

DAY 5 / 6  PIROGUES EXCURSION in the Jungle, where we will enter the incredible PUNTA IZOPO wild natural reserve. We will getting DEEP in this rivers, going though mangroves, canals where you will be surrounded by jungle typical screams noises, impressive voyage to our Camp, which is located in the middle of this reserve.  The genetic banks of this reserve is impressive with more than 345 bird species, like toucans, but also crocodiles, Caymans, jaguars, howler monkeys, and many more. The night will be spent in a CAMP that we will be setting up for you, a REAL adventure, no 5 Stars or Pina colada (Sorry), but only the touch and feel of nature, surrounded by English speaking professional guides.  The next morning, after been awake to the sound of our wildlife surrounding, we will carry out with a FANTASTIC TREK (between 3 to 4 hours) through this thick jungle, an incredible and unforgettable trip!
DAY 7 Visit of TELA and its Garifunas Villages of SAN JUAN and TOMABE. Beach time!!! Swim in this charming community, meeting real authentic people, great happy children smiles (B)

DAY 8  Transfer to SAN PEDRO SULA for your departure and connection to your international flight back home. You will be

amazed of your vacation in Honduras and carry these wonderful memories forever.(B)
